Tips: This is just one version of Kourambiethes to make
You can also shape these cookies into round balls, or a short rope, curved, into a half a moon, like a crescent shape.
Greek Powdered sugar cookies or Kourambiethes are served around Holidays. Like Christmas, New Years, and Easter, Mostly.
But, anytime during the year, when you want to be festive, and to celebrate, and for family, and friends to get togethers. Make it part of your tradition during the Holidays.
Note: If you think your pans won’t hold up, and will stick, then lightly grease them with butter or olive oil spray. Or with some margarine or butter. Which is very highly advisable, and I always do.

Some Years ago I had an idea for a website. I started it, but I could not continue it to have this dream website established!

Since then, and a lot of effort of debating should I try to make another go of it, this site was, or is being formed!

We hope you enjoy it. The memories of my childhood and growing up in a very classic, Greek home, with all of the wonderful aromas of ma cooking!

I hope you enjoy some of the recipes, and I enjoy hearing from you on them. Tell me what kind of recipes, you would like to see on here. I will try to do my best to find some recipes like those and post them for you!
