Notes

To prevent excessive browning, cover with paper towel and continue baking. After cooling cut into squares. For appetizer, cut squares small. Excellent served as appetizers for a buffet supper. Can also be reheated and served the next day, or frozen for future use.
Note: If commercial philo is used, a large rectangular pan is recommended.
Also note: For vegetarians, or vegans, substitute vegetable broth, for the chicken broth, or just use, the water recommended.

Some Years ago I had an idea for a website. I started it, but I could not continue it to have this dream website established!

Since then, and a lot of effort of debating should I try to make another go of it, this site was, or is being formed!

We hope you enjoy it. The memories of my childhood and growing up in a very classic, Greek home, with all of the wonderful aromas of ma cooking!

I hope you enjoy some of the recipes, and I enjoy hearing from you on them. Tell me what kind of recipes, you would like to see on here. I will try to do my best to find some recipes like those and post them for you!
